Intervalometer + Focus Stacking

Hi,

I'm using a 70D, 5D, and 550D. I've been making plant timelapses, and starting to shoot macro lightfields.

It would be extremely helpful if it would be possible to shoot a full focus stack in combination with running the intervalometer.

Is this already possible? (I don't see it) Or can it be possible?
