Strange Problem

Hi All  i have a strange issue with 550d.  I installed magic lantern and it was working fine, then all of a sudden disappeared from my sd card.  Now my pc will only recognise the sd through the camera and wont format or allow me to put files on it from pc.  And what is strange is that now it does that to any sd card put in it, like the bug is in the camera system or something, can anyone help?

Maybe the filesystem got corrupted: backup the photos via the USB cable and format the card in-camera

i tried that but when its camera formatted it is still unaccessible by the pc, cant put files onto it, and if i put a fresh card it it does the same to that aswell,

Try formatting the camera on a PC without quick format, then re-format it in-camera (this time without ML since you removed it from the card)
