6D issue with ML

When I'm in any ML menu on my 6D with LV active the screen switches back and forth between the current menu and LV for a split second, and continues while LV is active/turned on.And while I'm in the current menu I cannot turn off LV, I have to click the LV button so lv shows on the screen to click and close it. I've deleted ML and reloaded to no avail. Any ideas/suggestions?
