Ive been using Magic Lantern for a while now and I am under the impression that the new version (2.3) is able to go to ISOs lower than 100. I installed it and I cant seem to find out how to use these lower ISOs. So can you use them? And if so, how do you use them?

You need to go into the ISO submenu and apply negative ML gain (check the ISO 25 video it shows how to do it)
EOS 1100D | EOS 650 (No, I didn't forget the D) | Ye Olde Canon EF Lenses ('87): 50 f/1.8 - 28 f/2.8 - 70-210 f/4 | EF-S 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 | Metz 36 AF-5

So I found out how to lower it but thats only in movie mode. Can you not lower he ISO for pictures?

Francis

No it is only in movie mode.

I'm afraid you'll have to use a ND filter or apply a negative gain in post-processing
