Strange artifact - colored horizontal lines

Hi!

I was shooting a test with mlv_rec and several artifacts like shown in the attached picture appeared in the beginning of the recording (First 10 seconds). Does anybody know what this is and how to make sure it wont happen during a job?

Canon eos 5d mk II.
ML - Latest nightly build.
Converted with raw2cdng.
Shutter 50.
ISO 640.
