Where is the frames setting from under the advanced bracket settings?

Nope, that's a snapshot from a recent and supported build.
You're not mentioning your cam and build used so I suppose you are using an undated ML version. Likely "stable" v2.3.

I'm using version Nightly.2018Jul03.700D115 according to my camera a Canon EOS 700D

Which version do I need to use for that frames setting to show up? It's not anywhere to be found on the version I'm using as far as I can see.

You can try if your error exists in experimental builds, too. Top of page -> Downloads -> Downloads (Drop down menu) -> Experiments. Lua_fix build is close to nightly build feature set.

Installed the latest lua_fix build and I found the frames setting under advanced bracket settings.
