60D Question: Set Movie mode to "C" on the Mode Dial (Firmware 2.3)

Hi everyone,
this is my first post, and sorry if this have been asked before (I've read all the posts), but in the last version of the firmware, there was an option to set the movie mode to the "C" (Custom) on the mode dial.
I can't seem to find the same option in the version 2.3. Has this been removed? I'm using the 60D.
