Is Sandisk Extreme 64GB 120mb/s UDMA 7 okay for mlvs?

Im living out of US and Im about to order a Sandisk Extreme 64GB 120mb/s UDMA 7 in Amazon. I just want to know if the said CF card is good for recording raw? Anyone using it? Thanks!

Write speed below 85 MByte/s. You will not get maximum bandwidth available for 5D3.

What about card size?  Is there a card size restriction for cards that can run ML?  Anything else a noob needs to know about?
