Thank you eraizgn! This was the first time i have used the 2017 build so i was a bit lost at first regarding the ML settings but this is what i had it set to..

Workflow has changed too! I previously used MLRawViewer but the MLV files dont seem to work for me anymore.
I now use cr2hdr(.app) See Here -  http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=15108.0

Cool, thanks for sharing. Out of curiousity. What output setting do you use for ProRes4444 when exporting your files?
About MlRawViewer. I know, It´s one hell of a application being able to preview dng sequences with such high quality precision in realtime. Lately at least I made it possible to preview all flavours of MLV through mlvfs and MlRawViewer by simply dragging a MLV file onto cr2hdr.app which will open up MlRawViewer and surrounding MLV files.
