Live Vew - Choosing area that's zoomed

When I press the magnifier, a window shows up on my live view. That window shows an area of my image with I believe 10x zoom.

I used to be able to use the direction keys to move which part of the image it would zoom on.
Now, it's always only in the center and I can't move it.

Help!?
