Copy Magic Lanter from SD to CF via Camera

Usually I would go to the forums to dig for this answer but I only have my phone not computer right now. Will my Sandisk 32 GB SD 45 MB's effect my speed of the CF card Sandisk 32GB EXTREME PRO CF CARD 160MB/S? Also can I transfer my Magic Lantern from the SD to CF with in the 5D Mark III. I only have a SD reader not a CF reader.

No.
No. And you don't need to because you can run ML from SD and write to CF.
But get a decent cardreader anyway. You will get into troubles transfering large MLV files to your computer without it.
