Problem: Every video turned black on EOS 5D MarkIII
« on: November 28, 2016, 03:19:33 PM »
I wanted to ask you if you know how to fix this problem:
I shooted 60Gb of video RAW with Magic Lantern. After copying (not moving) the files from the CF card to the mac with a card reader the files were corrupted. Every frame is black, the lenght still the same but the settings of the video (like resolution and iso) are different checking with MLVRaw_viewer.
The problem is that the videos on the cf card now are corrupted too, I don't know how it's possible, but even using the files manager of magic lantern i cannot see them.

With MLV_dump every video show an error in the same position - 0x000041c, has someone experience with a similar error?
I think that the video are still there because copying and pasting a header of a good MLV into the damaged one i can see a couple of frame of THAT video.

I hope someone can help me.
