16:9 Widescreen w/Canon 5D II & Ninja 2

The last few recordings I created were 3:2.  I can't find any videos or pages that explain the exact settings in ML to output 16:9 widescreen through the above equipment combo.

I'm using the nightly build dated 2016-10-09 10:14.

Every setting I try still has bars on the side and opaque bars at the top.

What am I doing wrong?
