MLRAWVIEWER Cutting Off Video

Hi.

I have an MLRAW Clip open in MLRAWVIEWER that is about 9 mins. When I export it to MOV, it is only 1:10 long.
Did a batch of files that were all longer than 1:10, I am able to play full length in MLRawViewer, but on ProRes export, they all end at 1:10.
I have been shooting MLRAW + processing ProRes MOV's via MLRAWViewer for about a year with almost no problems. Now this.
Any ideas?

ML RAW footage shot on 5dII.
MLRAWVIEWER 1.3.3.
OSX 10.11.6
MacBookPro

Have you tried MLRV 1.4.3 yet?

Yes I have tried with MLRAWVIEWER 1.4.3. Same problem. Cuts off at exactly 1:10. Any more help anyone?

Have you tried resetting the destination folder again? Care to share an original file?

Same thing with changing destination. Strange because if I output as DNG, it processes the whole clip. But ProRes, 1:10 cut off.
