Focus Box - Can it be moved whilst recording?

I am running the just-released ML 2.3 on 5DMKII. Everything is great however I was wondering if it is possible to move the Magic Zoom box around whilst recording? So far it seems its only possible to move the box in standby.

Works for me, both in AF and MF modes.
