scandisk pro extreme 96mbps 32gig not working?

got a 32 gig and a 16gig scandisc extreme pro. while the 16gig version can record 10 seconds 1790x690 the 32gb version just records 5 seconds. Thats half the time. same card diffrent sizes :/ any ideas.

Format card in cardreader with Exfat file system and reinstall ML.
Retry.
If it doesn't work out run benchmark in photo mode:
Modules -> Bench.mo
Restart
Debug -> Benchmarks -> Card Benchmarks -> Quick R/W benchmark (1 min)
Report results.

after exfat formating the first video was 8 seconds. after that the rest of videos is 5 seconds.

the 1 minute bench say write =28 mb /s read 43.6 mb/s

it dont seem to be a cardproblem?

same card as my 16gb. could it be 32gb is to much space?

ps. the 32gb that only can do 5 secons is running a newer build of ml than the 16 gic card that works? could that be the problem? if so how do i copy the build on my 16gig card over to the 32gb card?
