Follow Focus 5DII

Hey guys I'm wondering on a 5DII using the follow focus feature with video, with the arrow do you find is shakes the camera too much, is there a better way?

Maybe. You could focus over USB but who wants to carry a PC or a special device outside?
Why not using something like this, it's very easy and comfortable.
It works with Smartphones. However, it is only a prototype and you have to record your audio with an external audio recorder.
