Hi! Im getting a 50d to messaround with raw and wonder what the cheapest card is on the market. I wanna shoot 1:2.4 in the highest resoloution, non-crop mode.

Don't save money on the card. I´ve got a 50D, too.
And this card:

ca. 90 Euros on Amazon.
You can record around 20 minutes raw Footage.

And maybe buy some fast USB.3.0 Card reader, too. like this one:
