A4 crop marks

Not sure how to pass this on to ML users. I've made a "crop mark" .BMP for A4 prints. I find it annoying that image sizes are not the same as paper sizes, and am always having to loose a little of my images off the end of my prints. What this "crop mark" does is to "trim" what you can see in live view to the A4 etc paper size. I've tried this in my 6d and 70d and it does the job just nice. If possible can the .BMP be passed on to other ML users.
...and can some tell me how to upload the image to this post - baffled
