[6D - 1.1.6] Artifacts on raw photos

Some time ago i've noticed some artifacts on my raw photos.
When i shoot in jpeg + raw approximately every 10th raw file is damaged. The jpeg files are fine.

Camera: 6D
ML-Version: Nightly.2016Feb28.6D116 (These artifacts were also on 1.1.3)

Just that card or other cards? Do you low level format the card in the camera? Does it happens if you only shoot in raw? Do you see it on the camera display or in the computer or both? How do you transfer the raw file from the camera to the computer?

I think thats the point. In the camera everything seems fine. The Card is formated with the lowlevel format in the camera.
I import the pictures just by copying from SD to HDD via the Explorer.
I will try to import the pictures with Lightroom directly from the SD Card maybe there are some issues with the transfer...

I will check those other options if the problem is still there and let you know.

Do you use a card reader or direct from camera via USB?

I'm using a usb 3 card reader.

I've transfered everything within Lightroom now and same problem there.
After that i tried copying the files via usb cable directly from the camera and now all files were ok.

No broken raw files. Seems a bit strange to me why this happens...
