Help with 5d Mark III raw file

Hi guys,

i need your help for a big problem with my last clips shooted with my 5D Mark III in MLV. I used fps override option for some clips and normal raw for other. CF used Komputerbay 1000x. At the end of shooting session i get this message from my camera: "really EXFAT card?". When i tried to convert my file with RawMagic this was the result:

Tried MLV_DUMP
Tried to convert in raw and extract with raw2dng
Tried MLV Mystic

Please help me, i have 96 clips and i don't know what can i do!!!
