Usb problems

Hi, hav used ML on my 5D mark II for a short time before i unstall it. Now my usb port on the camera would not work any longer. Could it be a bug from ML?

Not working anymore immediately after uninstalling? Or was it working after deinstallation and stopped working some time after?

Do the ML take control over the USB contact when its installed an got corrupt when i uninstall ML, mybe wrong?
