Timelapse - Specific Hours

So essentially run the Timelapse function only between specific hours during the day/night eg. 09.00hrs and 11.00hrs
Currently the timelapse function is activated via leaving the menu/ half press/ full press of button.
In my (novice) head I'm guessing its a relatively simply function bringing in the time parameter but not 100% how to get it fucntion every day.

I'm working on some longterm timelapse projects and the irrelevant night shots take up huge chunk of data and power which are in limited supply.

Would love to help in any way I could on this.
