According to this: http://rbrune.github.io/mlraw/
at 79MB/s i can record 2176 x 906 resolution at 2.67:1 aspect ratio.
79MB/s is below the 80MB/s limit of the 7d so, does that mean i should be getting continuous recording?

and according to this:  http://www.slashcam.de/tools/ml-raw-calc.html
2048 x  871 its 71MB/s. Can that be continous ?

2176 x 906 at 23.976 fps requires 82.72 MB/s (78.89 MiB/s).
2048 x 871 is 74.85 MB/s (71.38 MiB/s).

None of those resolutions are 2.67 aspect ratio? Are you sure you clicked the apply aspect ratio button in my mlraw calculator?

Also you should measure your real life performance of your camera+memory card and put that value minus a little bit of buffer into the calculator to see what your setup can achieve.
