my 70d audio fails

i bought 70d recently and have installed magic lanter. my audio always fail hence don't get audio in my recordings.
can anyone help?

Are you recording in h264 or MLV RAW?

Did you forget to enable MLV audio to on or at least turn on MLV module itself in order to get audio for MLV recordings?
