Force HDMI

Hi Guys,

what does the FORCE HDMI do?

I am currently using a canon 60d out to a lilliput monitor.

Force HDMI-VGA

This option will force a low-resolution mode on HDMI displays (720×480), which avoids black screen when you start/stop recording.

Thanks for the reply. When you say force 720 image... how do you mean I thought it was 480p you see when your in record mode..

sorry mis read what the person put .. silly me..

I have the lilliput monitor option to output full screen. Pretty crappy when you look at it very pixelated
