Single shot ISO bracketing

Hello,
Is it possible for ML to control the pixel (don't if it is a general reset or row or other) reset signal?
In this case, I thought (or hope) that an ISO bracketing from a single shot will be possible.
For example: ISO100 setting -> shot -> AD conversion and save -> don't reset the sensor -> set the sensor amps to ISO800 -> AD conversion and save.

AFAIK, "read" physically implies "reset", in current sensor technology.
