If this is what the ACES converted to rec709 looks, it is wrong. While I don't know what the scene looked like, I don't believe it looked like that.

@ilia3101 Yes, I suspect that it's wrong also! Still researching… :)

Hey there! I am new to ML and to the power of RAW! Lol, but I read all 7 pages and found this very helpful. I just recently started using Davinci Resolve 16, there was an update 3 days go. Just wanted to ask if there are any modification we have to go to follow some of the previous posts since they were from 2017ish. Where is the OP haven’t seen him post any new stuff. Just curious to know what to watch out for with the new Program. Thanks

I think a color picker in the "Camera RAW" panel would provide better results, since it would be at the first, debayering stage of processing.

Exciting, i love Resolve, but it is sad to see the blatant rip offs from small Plugin and software developers.
once you go raw you never go back
