I am currently running the 1.2.3 version ML on my Mark iii on a 64gig SD card, with a 32gb Lexar 1000x CF card designated to write to.  Install of ML went fine, playback of RAW video fine IN CAMERA, so I assume it is being written to.  However, once I connect my card to my Mac (with a card reader or with a cord directly from camera to Mac), I can't see any of the RAW footage on the card.  The card does work, however, because if I shoot stills they appear on the card when connected to my Mac.

I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling ML a number of times to fix this issue but with no change.  Also, no, it isn't accidentally being written to the SD card by accident either.  I'm very frustrated and baffled by this, if anyone has any idea what it may fix it I would much appreciate it!  Haven't seen anyone else run into this problem from what I have read so far...

Thanks!

You can't use USB connection to download RAW video files with Canon's software.

Use cardreader and search for the filename you get in cam.
Replace cardreader if it doesn't work. Should be UDMA-7 compatible (exception: Kingston FCR-HS3 will work, too).
