Shot this for a friend on the 5D Mark III.
Workflow:

MLV->MLVFS->Resolve

In Resolve 12 Beta:
BMD Film->Cinelog C->output proxies (FCPX Roundtrip setting)

Offline edit in FCPX -> Export XML 1.5 back to Resolve 12 for grading

This workflow was incredibly smooth.  Questions and critiques both welcome!

Did you try working with the new Colour Management settings as an alternative to using the Cinelog Luts?  I'd be interested in hearing about your experiences.
