Sticky Half Shutter

Does anyone know if the sticky half shutter is supported for the 700D (T5i)?
I don't have any options under Misc key settings.

I hope someone knows the answer for me. I'm wondering if. . .
I have to have another setting correct before the sticky half shutter becomes available?

I'm currently using the nightly build from 7-2-2015. Is there a different build that supports sticky half shutter?
