Issues with battery grip battery levels

Hello, I have started using a battery grip with my Canon/magic lantern and it does report the incorrect battery level.

Battery level goes back to normal if not using magic lantern

Anyone experienced this?, wondering if there is a fix or setting I need to change

with my 7D it reads only one of the batteries, try using one and different slots, how it is then?

Have been unable to reproduce the problem again...it does look like it only happens in the field !...will keep trying
