Unlock pf2 and pf3 files

Hi, does anyone know how to unlock these for further editing?

Thank you for your reply mageye! Unfortunately, Picture Style Editor only allows further editing on profiles which are already unlocked.  So I first need to learn how to unlock the profiles I wish to edit...
