Canon 6D - RAW - Premiere Pro CC - What am I doing wrong?

I've read about every guide there is to read about shooting RAW and post processing in Premiere Pro but I am having absolutely no luck whatsoever.

ACR doesn't let me import more than 500 frames so I can't batch process after RAW2CDNG has done it's bit.

I load the 'image sequence' into Premiere Pro and upon export I have nothing other than the length of the sequence of black screen.

Does any one have a tutorial that I could follow.
