Earphones to EOS 6D?

Hi  :)
Are there some here who have tryed to connect earphone to 6D?
I wonder, can I use this type of cable?

The cable should be correct, tough i don't see (https://builds.magiclantern.fm/#/features) that 6D would have this ML feature working :(

If there are some sound, it's not adjustable as I see it, hopefully.

I'll buy one later today, and test it. But I think I need earphones with adjustable sound.

Linked guide covers outdated "stable" v2.3. No stable version for 6D available.
