Downgrading 5D Mark III firmware to 1.2.3?

I've seen some posts in the past about downgrading the firmware of a new Mark III from 1.3.3 to 1.2.3 but I can't find where to download 1.2.3. Does anyone know where to find this? And if you can still downgrade? Thanks in advance.

You can find the older firmwares at the end of the EOScard page.
Also you can find the Canon install CD 29 which contains EU on my down folder.

Where is the EOScard page? I've been on the Canon site and all I see is 1.3.3. I also don't have a CD drive on my mac.
