Yep that's it -- it's also been implemented in @dmillgan's MLVFS app which works well and maybe you can check out the source code and see if you can implement it into your app as well?

issues and suggestions for "queue":
1. close queue window with "q" key (or minize/maximize it, as with top-right "^ / v" button)
2. [bug] list of files is not scrollable
3. add button "index all" files, or if few files selected "index selected"
4. add different views for list of files - "list" / "thumbnails" / "combined" (little thumbnail + list), thumbnail should be current frame (or first frame if just indexed)
5. add "Recently Open" files / queues in "File" menu
6. add in status line at the bottom "current queue file number (5/50)" (main window)
7. add shortcut for "next/prev file in queue" (maybe ctrl+pgup ctrl+pgdn) (main window)
8. arrow, home, end, pgup, pgdn keys navigation in queue list
9. add ability to "mute" file in queue, to not render it with "render queue" button
10. [bug] "paste" window is not closable with "X" button
11. [bug] if several files selected, "up/down" buttons move only one file
12. add ability to select individual files by holding ctrl, and ctrl+a to select all
13. open queue window at the same place where it was closed
14. add "override output" settings section, if checked, then all/selected files in queue will be rendered with chosen encoder and into selected folder

another bug:
MLVProducer window get active, if i just move mouse cursor over buttons/sliders. Or for example, if you select Windows task bar and press F11 and then move mouse over some controls in MLVProducer, then MLVProducer will get focus and go into fullscreen mode

about new interface:
1. no maximized mode, only fullscreen (wanna see task bar)

4. black level "calc" button doesn't re-calculate value

Wanted to get dngs to use in davinci resolve. I also have a Canon 50D as you. What program do you edit and grade in and how does your workflow look like?

dng contains raw data. there is no reason to use this app, if you want to save your footage to raw. i can use mlv_bump to extract dng's, but what's the point?
For now it's:
1. Debug interface
2. Curves + RGB Parade
3. Vertical Banding removal filter
4. New Media queue
5. Add background indexing
6. New Debayering algorithm
7. Increase Speed

i use my app. but sometimes its mlv_dump+Photoshop/AfterEffects

Hej AWPStar: I tried it on OSX: works great, thanks for your great work! The only bug I found is the same as before: entering something in the line edits will chrash the program. But we already found a workaround for that (settings file).
