Thanks a1ex. That's some great info. I'll check out the SR plugin. It looks like it might just work :)

I've got some reading to do :D
When I visit the SF web site I don't see a download link for SR, so how so you download it?

Sorry to revive an old thread...

So nowhere further on this? There has to be a way to at least reduce the aliasing effect outside of using a VAF filter. (and of course, crop mode)

Use photo editing software called RawTherapee and use AMAZE or LMMSE debayering.
For the remaining bright color moire use false color suppression or use the defringe and customize the colors for defringing.
