Squares in my Picture, Help please

Hello,

I am brand new to RAW recording and am quite thrilled... or better was till I watched my first files. I did search for an hour, found vertical lines stuff, banding but I am just clueless where my problem fits in... and how I can possibly solve this.

Could you please have a look at the stills from the video (cold colors on the left) and to the DNG on the right. Where do these squares come from... Or more important: how can I get rid of them?

Thank you for any hints! And sorry if I missed the same problem somewhere else on the forum.

Did you activate DualISO?

No, dual_iso.mo is turned OFF. Is that wrong?
