Installed ML 1.2.3 5D3 not getting Raw Video function

I installed the ML firmware just fine but it's not giving me the raw video setting. Could it be because my CF card speed is too slow? Please help!

1. Enable the raw or mlv-module
2. restart
3. switch into videomode
4. now you can change raw/mlv-settings
5. record
