When all else fails, look at the source code (and also at the comments).

Indeed, this is why you get artifacts on Canon GUI. Without it, on 5D3 at least, it's completely unusable.

I will give it another try tonight. What do you recommend to reinstall ML? Delete old files from card and put new ones on it or just replace the old ones without deleting them?

Ok, replaced download link in 1st post for 70D_111B with the new one. All 70D_111B owners download that and use it. Thx for posting the required logs. Next, let's get FPS override analyzed (read last pages to help)...

Been enjoying ML on my 6D for almost two years it seems and no problems. NOW my 70D can be crowned Magic! Woohoo.
But I was an early early adopter.....please save me from reading the whole thread....but that is why there is a 111A and 111B correct?
Also is intervalometer working?
More importantlly, where is the donate button to say thanks via PayPal

intervalometer works. Just try A or B. Installer will tell you what to do. Don't worry. Take a look at g3gg0's profile signature if you wanna help ML

problem in LV with level indicator in left upper corner on ML screen
start 70D -> LV -> ML screen, level indicator is changing -> [info] -> ... ->[info] ->ML screen, level indicator is static

edit: level indicator in corner (optionaly in center) works only if LV starts on ML screen.

have to look into that some time later. No idea atm. Someone on 70D_111A also reported electronic level to hang up exactly like you described. So applies for both.

@pierre2fun: too late. we passed the stubs test already.

Answering my own Q. I thought cam was looking for eos 70d firmware. No firmware updates published on any Canon sites. To make ML work do as per intro pg just download and extract either one of the alpha 5 versions and see which works. Thanks guys

Before I go ahead and convert Dual-ISO footage (cr2, dng, MLV) -- curious if @N/A was able to provide you a cr2hdr20bit binary for 70D?

Or is that already included in the cr2hdr binary from first post?

I plan on replacing these binaries within @Danne's cr2hdr-r and see if it'll be able to convert them.

To drag and drop via Terminal is rather slow and painful... I prefer GUI's.

Yes, both photos and videos.

I replaced the cr2hdr20bit binary with the cr2hdr binary (assuming this is actually 20bit) from the link on first post (Thanks @N/A) but it doesn't seem to convert them after using @Danne's cr2hdr-r app (could be an error on my part)?

Videos still shows blueish/pinkish random flickering during Dual-ISO but as for Photos they seem to come out normal (with lines) but need to convert them properly somehow.

Certainly within the forum is the information I'm looking for but could not find it. What is the difference between 70D_111A and 70D_111B? Also during installation you must remove the bg and non-original batteries? Thank you.
