Is RAW Video available to 550D ?

Hello all.
Is RAW Video available to 550D ?
I installed latest ML FW and found no RAW Video option on video menu.

Is there one for 550D actually ?
If yes, where do I activate it ?

What do you mean by DELETE ?

I switch dial to Movie, Press DELETE, a menu shows up then I move across to Movie tab.
This menu shows up:-

Bit Rate
REC Key
Grad Expo
FPS Override
HDR
Vignetting
Image Fine Tuning
Creative Effect
Movie Tweaks

That's all
There is no RAW VIDEO  :'(
