Fps overrides on 600d

Hello everyone , first of all sorry for the bad language , I'm french !

I would like to shoot films at 0,5 or 1 fps with the function "fps overrides" , but I can't find the menu , when I push the "Q' button , it just raise the fps , and when I push "play" , the fps drops , but I can't go under 4 fps , in the user guide it says that I can go dow to 0.2 fps , but I can't.

I could use a little help here

So thee version I got is not the latest ? when does the new version come out ?
