Shot a RAW time lapse but the exposure for some reason got progressively darker?

Hey guys so first time using ML Time-lapse with 5DMKIII. On M mode, all setup. Shoot the sequence about 1.5h long. Look at the images and the exposure is gradually changing to much darker throughout even though the lighting stayed the same in the room. Quite strange.

Any ideas how to fix? ie) Ramp
