Hi there,

I'm new user of magic lantern and i tried to shoot in RAW with a 5D Mark II but I have some colors issue : there are a lot of red, the background should be black.

It's like a shift on the color channels, when you look the histogram.

I shot in MLV and extracted from different software but always the same result.

I'm no expert, but if you search for "pink frames" you might find something.

It's probably the white balance, I have it with my 6d when I have "normal" dng's.
The "tint"(magenta/green balance) is always set fully to the magenta side by default, which results in these magenta colored frames.
Easy to fix, open the files in you're favorite raw editor (DaVinci Resolve, lightroom etc.) and put the slider for magenta/green balance in the right place.

If you want files that look normal by default, you can use a MLV/raw to CDNG(CinemaDNG) workflow, search for "raw2cdng".
The cinemadng's I get have always normal white balance set by default.

My guess is a bad black level, and you can also search for ways on this forum to fix that.

If you want better help than just guesses, you need to upload a DNG.
