Intervalometer & Focus Stacking

Hi, I am new to Magic Lantern. Just played with it for some days. I wanted to use Magic Lantern for Timelapse and Focus Stacking. Now I wonder if there is a way to do Focus Stacking and Intervallometer together? I can not get it to work. That would be very very useful for Macro Timelapse.
Any Help is very Welcome. Thank you Holger

No one? It would be soo great to have that feature for making Timelapse of Macro-Shots.
When I turn on Intervalometer and Run a Focus-Stack the camera takes only one series of Fotos.

I don't know if this is possible, but if not, it sounds like a Feature Request.
