5DMK3 1.2.1 vs 1.2.3

Hi guys,
Can't find comparison between the two. Is there a lot added/fixed in ML for 1.2.3 firmware or it's not really worth upgrading?

ML works with Canon firmwares 1.1.3 and 1.2.3.
