Canon 6D raw using for newbe on Mac

Hello, in the forum I was see some one have the generosity to build a guide to producing RAW video with ML and 6D. I read a lot of pages but no link to a simple: How to do ....
May be I don't understand. I there are that some where. I am searching the best settings, frame rate, image size, to producing RAW material . Thank Kidkodak
