EOS Utility compatibility?

Canon T3i, trying to use the EOS utility for tethered remote control of the camera. It will read the SD card, but the choice for remote control is greyed out.

Are there any known issues?

I had the the same problem some time ago and if I remeber correctly I had to update EOS Utility to the latest version from the Canon website.

Thanks all, it seems to have been the issue of getting the latest Canon software. Works now...
