asus n76vj good enough for RAW?

Hi all I like to kown of the asus n76vj is good enough to render ml RAW footage...

I' m looking for a portable pc laptop with enough speed.

I can buy this laptop for 500 euro used.

Hope you pro guys can give me some advice.

"Asus N750JV" is just the most basic manufacturer info. Complete spec will be "Asus N750JV-T4145H" or any suchlike letter parade.  Please provide this info.
This is the only way to tell display type/quality. And a display not worth looking on doesn't make that much sense for pp beyond stupid batch converting.

Additional SSD is highly recommended.
How much of your work will be done without external power supply? There are harsh differences in performance among different laptops. Some will toggle down processor speed because of insufficient power or insufficient heat management.

Haven't found solid information about it's display type. Toshiba's TruBrite specs differ widely between 65 percent sRGB coverage and almost sRGB.

Any computer can work with raw, just how patient you are?

Key things tough are:

*) RAM, more the better, but look for configurations that works dual channel symmetric mode, otherwise seemingly large amount of RAM is not utilized optimally. 2-4 GB per cpu core is good to have if you work in Adobe world.
*) Graphics card - nvidia, but there i suggest to get the model higher than generation, for example gtx 470 is much better than gtx 740 for video applications -  in much details http://www.studio1productions.com/Articles/PremiereCS5.htm
*) hard drives, ssd is grate, there also are raid arrays, but for laptop - SSD for system is must have for any serious work. Tough remember you need also long term storage outside of SSD for it's comparative short life span and outside of laptop as such, because regular hard drives also die when are bumped all around for a year or two in laptop.

*) screen - so few actually make decent screens for laptops with wide enough gamut. I would not much bother for in computer one and get a good external one, because anyway laptop screen is in general too small for serious editing (not talking about apple retina tough). IPS is the best, then the PVA varieties (sPVA, mPVA and so on), TN - is not good at all, it barely can do 6bit per color. I still use an old Sony Trinitron CRT to judge color, is really does not lie, but eats huge amount of electricity.

Maybe look at the specs of the software you're gonna use for ML raw rendering ?
Most software websites gives minimum specs for computer and recommended minimums.

My Alienware 14 comes with an full HD IPS 1080P panel with 72% color gamut which covers 100% SRGB. Is SRGB all I need to do accurate color video editing? I do have it calibrated with a Spyder 3 and the viewing angles are excellent. IPS really is the best.

Please explain because it doesn't make much sense. If the panel's gamut covers sRGB it covers it. 100 percent. What does 72 % refer to? aRGB?

It covers 72% NTSC color gamut which in turn covers 100% SRGB but doesn't cover ARGB all the way. I think it is only 70% to 75% ARGB. In this article it says that 72% NTSC color gamut covers the SRGB color space.
